The guide was a sweetheart! He took us to places where we could see the mountain even with the fog and rain. It's a shame the elevator ended up being at the end, and it was too dark to see. But the whole experience was worthwhile, I'll cherish the memory.

We had an amazing two-day tour in Zhangjiajie visiting the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain, and Sally made the experience truly special. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire trip. She took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. From hotel transfers to coordinating the daily itinerary, everything was perfectly organized. What impressed us most was how genuinely caring and flexible she was. Even after the tour, when we spontaneously decided that we wanted to take a helicopter flight, Sally went out of her way to help arrange it for us. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We felt very well looked after and had a fantastic time. We can wholeheartedly recommend Sally and this tour to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. As an added bonus, Sally is also a fantastic photographer and took some wonderful photos for us throughout the trip, giving us great memories to take home.

We arrived at Tianmen Mountain today but it was so foggy that we missed many of the beautiful views. I highly recommend checking the weather forecast before you go. However, I must give a huge thumbs up to our tour guide who led our day trip to Tianmen Mountain! The entire itinerary was perfectly planned, saving us the trouble of researching, buying tickets, and waiting in long lines. He explained the route up the mountain, the best viewing spots, and how to avoid common tourist traps. He even planned out the best photo opportunities and recommended restaurants. There were absolutely no forced purchases, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable day. Choosing him for your Zhangjiajie trip is definitely a safe bet!

Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was very conscientious and responsible, and today's itinerary went very smoothly. We even saw Tianmen Cave this afternoon, and the misty Tianmen Mountain had a unique charm.

This tour that we did with our tour guide Cai was one of my highlights during my China trip! He was communicative from the very start and he made sure we had all our documents. The day we went to Tianmen Mountain was raining but Cai made the experience worth it because he was patient, friendly and acommodating to my family’s needs. We went with my 1 yr old and the transfer to furong town was very easy because the tour had a spacious vehicle that is also clean. We learned so much about the history because of Cai being so knowledgable about the whole place. He also took beautiful pictures of my family. We had such a great time! Thank you Cai!
