He is very knowledgeable about the roads in Qingdao and guided us in order from Zhanqiao, St. Mier Cathedral, Taiping Mountain Cable Car, Seagull Tourist Site, to the Olympic Park. It's suggested that travel agencies not include all attractions in the itinerary, as following the tour guide's advice would result in a rushed or superficial experience. The tour guide provided professional advice, and with our agreement, the itinerary was adjusted, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable overall tour.

Prompt response from agency and despite no group was formed, they have me options to cancel or additional fee for private tour. My guide/driver arrived on time and explained the places. Her passion for her job was undeniable and very engaging. She provided thorough and interesting explanations about the sights via wechat translation. However, due to parking issues, I was dropped off and had to walk through the location alone, which was disappointing. This guide has the most important quality—a genuine love and deep understanding of her city!
