A nice morning at the research base. Emily was super nice, a great driver, picked me up from my hotel on time, and knew exactly where to go for the highlights of the research base. The place is massive and I would have been lost without her. Very nice and clean car. She also suprised me with the cutest birthday gift! Very thoughtful! Highly recommend. Thank you, Emily!

Everything went great. Our guide spoke excellent English, and we saw all the pandas. The bus was comfortable. But photographing the pandas requires a good amount of noise.

This trip to the Panda Base was a truly wonderful experience, and I'm so grateful to our guide, Shanshan, and driver, Duojie! Before the trip, Shanshan proactively and meticulously coordinated with us, confirming the meeting time and travel precautions. I also mentioned to her beforehand that our biggest wish for the trip was to see Hua Hua, even though Hua Hua wasn't on the regular itinerary, but she remembered it perfectly. Driver Duojie also patiently communicated with us about the departure time and meeting point. Their excellent pre-trip coordination made our whole family feel very reassured and at ease before the trip. Driver Duojie drove smoothly and steadily, taking care of our family of five adults and one child, making the ride very comfortable. Guide Shanshan was professional and patient, providing engaging explanations and demonstrating a deep familiarity with the Panda Base's layout. To help us achieve our goal of seeing Hua Hua, she specially planned the optimal route and made sure we got to the viewing points quickly. In the end, we not only saw the Hua Hua we had been longing to see, but also the adorable red pandas—we basically saw all the animals we wanted to see on this trip! The tour was well-planned, catering to the physical needs of both the elderly and children, with a well-balanced pace that ensured a comfortable and fulfilling experience. The tour guide and driver worked seamlessly together, anticipating our extra requests and exceeding our expectations, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

This trip was so worthwhile! We wandered through the deep bamboo forest and encountered all sorts of adorable pandas: some were gazing into the water, others were hanging from trees catching fish, and there were even soft, fluffy little pandas! The pick-up and drop-off were on time, and the guide led us to the panda spots. The whole trip was relaxed and unhurried, making it a very comfortable experience.
