Xiao Jiang's service was excellent. The car was very comfortable, and he drove very smoothly. He even helped us buy tickets when we arrived at the attractions, which was very thoughtful. His travel information was extremely helpful, and he answered all our questions. Our family had a wonderful time at the Longji Rice Terraces, and the elders all praised it highly. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch. If I have the chance to come back, I'll definitely look for him again!

The tour was excellently organized! We were informed in advance of the pickup time at the hotel. We communicated with the driver via WeChat. Master Xie is a very pleasant, polite, and tactful young man. He took our preferences into account during the trip, sharing information about the region's history and the main attractions. We communicated through a translator on the driver's phone. The driver didn't push any services; he was guided solely by our wishes. The car was modern and comfortable. Due to road construction, we had to use a toll road for part of the journey, which slightly increased the cost. However, this shortened the travel time and made the journey more comfortable than on winding public roads. The journey to the Yao village takes about 2 hours. From there, it's another 45 minutes to the Jinken Terraces. Overall, we were pleased with the tour! Thanks to the organizers and the driver!

Visiting the Longji Rice Terraces with Mr. Chen's small group tour this Mid-Autumn Festival was truly a fantastic experience! Mr. Chen provided detailed and patient explanations throughout the trip, vividly and interestingly recounting the stories of the terraces and the local customs and culture. His service was impeccable, always considerate of everyone's needs. The entire itinerary was relaxed yet fulfilling, allowing us to have a wonderful time without any worries. Meeting such a reliable guide and encountering such beautiful scenery on this Mid-Autumn Festival was incredibly worthwhile! I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Longji; Mr. Chen is the perfect choice!

Did this as a solo traveler and honestly it made my whole Guilin trip. Hotel pickup was easy, then suddenly you're up in the mountains surrounded by terraces turned bright gold. Walking through them at sunset? Unreal. Photos don't do it justice. The two village stops are what stuck with me. Guzhuang's shaiqiu — chili, corn, grain drying on bamboo trays outside the wooden houses — was so colorful and felt genuinely lived-in, not staged. And the long-hair show in Huangluo Yao Village was way more interesting than I expected. Late September is the sweet spot: golden fields, cooler air, not too crowded. If you're in Guilin and want nature + culture + a good walk in one day, just book it.
