The guide, who spoke excellent Japanese, was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Because it was a tour, we were able to visit places far from the city center and spend time at each location at our leisure. I will definitely use this service again the next time I come to Hawaii!★

We had a very enjoyable tour with Lono. Clear pick up instructions and the tour was exactly as described. It was lovely to see the greener and lusher side of the island, away from Waikiki Beach. The temple was my particular favourite. Breakfast was also very tasty! The only thing I might change would be to go higher up/further into Diamond Head, as this just skirts the lower edge.★

Our guide, Sherry, was very kind and funny, and the time spent traveling to our destination was enjoyable. My mother uses a wheelchair, so there were many times when she needed to be taken in and out, but Sherry handled it without showing any displeasure, and my mother was able to enjoy herself, which I was very grateful for. The tour description said that mineral water was included, so I didn't bring many drinks, and it wasn't provided, so I got a little thirsty, but there were several coffee samples, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to participate again.
