Cross-border transfer itinerary for Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong-Macau, Guangdong-Hong Kong, Guangdong-Macau transfers available)
The product price is per vehicle (regardless of the number of people), with door-to-door pickup and drop-off service.
Not a shared transfer, charged per vehicle. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 6 people. For areas not mentioned in the options, you may place a booking after inquiry, or place a booking first and we will contact you. Theoretically, services are available throughout the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Normal pick-up time: 7:00 AM-10:59 PM. An overtime fee of 100-200 will be charged for vehicle rental duration between 11:00 PM and 6:59 AM. The driver will collect this fee directly from you. Please be advised.
Vehicle type: Toyota Alphard/Vellfire or other 7-seat luxury business vehicles (maximum 6 passengers per vehicle with luggage limited to 6 carry-on suitcases)
How to book: Go to the booking page and select the option corresponding to your itinerary (e.g., for Nanshan to Hong Kong airport, choose the option for Nanshan/Futian/Luohu ~ Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui/Hong Kong airport, and select your preferred travel date). If none of the options fit or you are unsure, you can choose any option to place the booking. We will contact you proactively, or you can contact customer support and provide the itinerary info for guidance on placing the booking. After booking, a dedicated staff will contact you for coordination.

Note:
1. This is a point-to-point service. Any changes to the itinerary or additional pick-up/drop-off locations require negotiation for extra charges. The free waiting time is 30 min, with an overtime fee of CNY 250/hr charged for exceeding this limit. Any duration less than one hour will be counted as one hour. Please be mindful of the boarding time.
2. Please check the expiration date of your ID and visa in advance to avoid waiting due to ID issues. If customs inspection is delayed because of prohibited items in your baggage, a fee of 250/hour will be charged for the waiting time.
3. If you are moving, attending an exhibition, or carrying a large amount of luggage/materials, please notify us in advance. A luggage handling fee of 300-500 will apply. If not notified in advance, the driver has the right to cancel the booking and deduct relevant fees!
