Service notice:

1. Airport transfer and private charter services are one-time, end-to-end services. Mid-service interruptions or reuse are strictly prohibited. The service must be completed in one session.

2. Duration and overtime fee: The basic service duration is 10 hr. Any overtime must be paid on-site, with the fee calculated based on the actual scenario of the day and the real-time exchange rate.

3. Cost coverage: During the service, no need to cover staff lunch fees, fuel fees, parking fees or expressway service fees.

4. Additional fees: Staff-booked attraction admission tickets or restaurant reservations, exceeding service duration, overtime fees must be settled on-site with the corresponding staff.

5. Timing standard: Timing starts from the pick-up time at the agreed meeting time; transportation accompaniment, meal accompaniment, and all time spent on business trips will be counted as service duration.

6. Pricing rules: Daily service will be charged at the standard 8-10 hr rate regardless of actual usage duration.
