Gulangyu is a must visit when going to Xiamen. Brown, our guide, was fantastic with a lot of knowledge of Xiamen and China. One downside of the tour is that due to the holiday we could not start at the originally scheduled time because ferry tickets were sold out. We were able to complete the majority or the tour given the shorter duration. My advice is to spend more time on the island getting lost in the old town, looking at the incredible architecture as the buildings and history is impressive and interesting.

We had a great experience! The driver was very friendly, kind, and professional.  The booking process was very easy and the tour company reached out over WeChat after booking to arrange everything. I would definitely recommend this!
