Our first stop with the MS Lady Diletta was Amsterdam, a very beautiful city with its narrow streets and canals. A canal cruise is a must; it costs €14.50 per person and lasts an hour. You can also go up the Adam Tower and swing for €7.50 per person. Or you can visit Madame Tussauds; admission is €23.50 per person. Just across the way is the National Monument, a large square but nothing particularly special. Also recommended are the Van Gogh Museum and the Schreierstoren, an old defensive tower not far from the train station and harbor.

Our Guide was wonderful!!! So much knowledge to impart. She took us to all the highlights as there is too much to see in only a few hours. Wouldn’t go to a museum without a guide because you may not know or understand what you were looking at.
