Our tour guide Sifu Wang was very friendly and helpful in explaining all the itinerary details to us. The time allocated for each places we visited is also sufficient. The view was stunning on the day we went, luckily the weather was on our side.

This was an absolutely fantastic travel experience. Our driver, Mr. Mu, was incredibly responsible, helpful, and meticulous. He picked us up on time and at the designated location, helped with our luggage, and patiently reminded us about altitude sickness along the way. Even at the scenic area, he carefully explained the routes and precautions. He provided guidance throughout the trip and even treated us to hot pot at the end – so incredibly hospitable! The other travelers we met were also wonderful; we all journeyed together and made for a truly enjoyable and unforgettable snow mountain trip.

I traveled with my two kids age is eight and 10 and we were guided the whole way by a guide who spoke broken English, but enough to understand what needed to be done and get by. She was very helpful to my kids and make sure that we didn’t get lightheaded. She knew every way, took amazing photos for us, and led us to every destination smoothly. We literally went through all three seasons within a few hours, and she did everything with grace and calmness. As a parent to two young kids, I was very grateful for her!

Everything was Perfectly organized in the beginning. During the tour it was a bit hard to know where to go and what to do… driver just left after first spot without giving us guidance that we are now on our own… but still ok overall.

I chose an  option with "virtual guide" via WeChat. The support team did a great job overall! On the day before the tour, they sent me QR codes for the sightseeing train and for the shuttle buses that go to the cable car stations. Then, on the day of the tour, they started by sending me reminders to get to train station in time, then made sure that I arrived by train to the tourist center, and then sent me detailed instructions how to get warm clothes and oxygen bottle. And it continued like that during entire day. Whenever I had any questions, they replied almost instantly. Overall, great user experience!
