Our guide for the Royal Palace tour in Madrid was Rafa. He was very engaging, interacted with the group, and made us laugh with plenty of jokes. On the way to the palace, he also told us about the history of Spain, so we learned much more than just about the palace itself. We really appreciated this and thoroughly enjoyed the tour!★

One of the best things you can do with a family in Madrid. Nacho was so knowledgeable and informative and was excellent at keeping my three children (aged 12, 10, and 7) enthused and engaged. Cannot recommend highly enough. Nacho’s worksheets and explanations were fantastic and the stories he shared as we walked from one location to the next kept my children so busy listening that they forgot they were walking (often something that causes at least one of them to complain!). Absolutely worth the every penny; I would recommend the tour to anyone with a family visiting Madrid. I learnt a lot as the parent too!★

I booked the 6 PM show, and it wasn't too crowded yet, but the moment I walked in, it felt fantastic. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the complimentary drinks were especially delicious. I'm really looking forward to the next show.
