Maria has extensive knowledge of the city of Zurich and its history. She always answered our questions kindly and competently. We saw beautiful places, got to sample some delicious food, and also received great tips for food and coffee breaks.

Reviews: Swiss travel pass - official agent/includes transportation in 90 cities/500+ museums/cruise/postal bus/10% off outlet coupon/train pass

Booking the Swiss Travel Pass on Ctrip was very convenient and even offered discounts. After booking, I printed out the QR code and carried it with me, and also downloaded a backup app on my phone. This made it very easy to have the ticket inspector scan the QR code when I encountered a ticket check. The pass was a bit pricey when I bought it, but the benefits were incredible. It allows unlimited travel on trains, buses, subways, boats, and cable cars (some offer discounts), and free admission to museums, making my trip to Switzerland incredibly convenient. I encountered ticket checks on trains, buses, and boats, so don't take chances; always buy a ticket.

Responsible driver, attentive and knowledgeable guide. As a suggestion, review the time allotted for each stop; some could be done in less time and others in more time.
