Great experience, the service was on time for pick up and drop off. However, it would be beneficial if the service could run late so tourist can enjoy evening tour / see night life on the bus.★

Reviews: Tokyo: Mt. Fuji & Lakes Small Group Trip with Hotel Pickup Supports languages(EN,JP,KR)

I was traveling alone, but didn't want to rush to the meeting point early in the morning. The 9-person group was arranged with a mid-sized van, which picked us up on time. The itinerary was well-planned and smooth, and the staff were very attentive and nice.
It's a pity I didn't see the snow-capped peaks this time, but I was glad that the flowers at Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchi were quite beautiful that day.★

Coco, our tour leader, was very professional, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for your enthusiastic guidance; we thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The entire trip was packed with activities, and the tour leader recommended different restaurants at various attractions, which was perfect for us food lovers! Next time we come to Japan, we will definitely join a tour led by Coco again :)
