The tour was excellently organized, thank you so much! The drivers were very polite, the ride to the meeting point on the mountain was comfortable, and you can sleep along the way. Dress warmly, it gets cold in the mountains at night! At the jeep meeting point, a girl rented out blankets—that was a lifesaver! The jeep driver took amazing photos of us at the summit in the dark, at dawn, and at sunrise—wow! The lava fields weren't included in our tour price, but they were happy to take us there for 200,000 rubles. Then we had breakfast at Paper Hills—it was fantastic. I've never seen anything like it, with incredibly beautiful views and delicious food! After breakfast, we were taken to Uma Pakel Agro for a tea and coffee tasting. It was also very interesting and delicious! They have their own shop, and the prices are reasonable. To sum it up: the tour was incredibly action-packed, the organization was excellent, and a big thank you to the manager and drivers; we were thrilled! ❤️★

We had an amazing day with our driver, Wayan, and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali!
He took care of our entire family throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was incredibly friendly, patient, flexible, and happy to adjust the itinerary to everything we wanted to see and do.
Wayan speaks excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. He also shared interesting information about Bali and gave us great recommendations along the way.
We always felt safe thanks to his careful driving, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, he made the whole trip fun and stress-free. Our children enjoyed the day just as much as we did.
Thank you, Wayan, for giving our family such a wonderful experience. We would definitely book you again on our next visit to Bali and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely kind driver!★

I got my visa very quickly. The process was simple: I paid for the visa for the required date, and shortly afterward, I received an email requesting the necessary visa information and a photo. They sent everything, and literally two business days later, I had my visa. It was convenient and fast, and the airport autogate was quick.
