I really enjoyed the trip. They sent me a text message in advance with the pickup location. The car was comfortable, seating seven. The wide, comfortable seat had a phone charger, wide armrests, and my back was comfortable. The driver gave everyone a bottle of water, which was nice. We stopped at a cafe along the way, where we could get something to eat, drink, and use the restroom. The stop lasted about 30 minutes. The driver drove very calmly and professionally throughout the entire route, including the serpentine roads. There were wonderful views along the rapids. I loved it.

Our driver Yan Yan is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. She was patient, directing and taking us to the popular destinations that we could enjoy in Tokyo and Hakone. We really enjoyed the sceneries while she drove steadily through the narrow and winding roads to ensure our safety. She always ready and quick to pick us up at any agreed locations. Our flight delayed for two hours at midnight but Yan Yan was there to pick us up with no complaints. Our next driver, Mr Wang for Kyoto trip kindly showed us the way to Sannenzaka as it was a crowded area. Yuki was friendly and recommended us places we would enjoy in Osaka. She was always ready to pick us up at any locations for our convenience after we visited any tourist spots. Lastly, our airport transporter was quick to check his car before we left and returned back my daughter’s handphone. The person in charge for transport arrangements, Chloe was quick to answer questions that we decided to use your service
