The exchange process at the dock counter was so-so; because there weren't many people exchanging money, the counter staff weren't very familiar with the process. Actually, you can just pay directly at the restaurant, which is more convenient than buying vouchers.
Overall, it's a pretty good beef restaurant.
When it's crowded, you might have to wait or make a reservation. When we went, it was full as soon as we sat down.
The best dish was definitely the freshly sliced, still-warm beef. It was incredibly tender, with no gamey taste, cooked quickly, and very smooth when cooked in the broth. It was also delicious dipped in a ginger and vinegar sauce.
The other dishes weren't as outstanding as the still-warm beef, but they were still good accompaniments. The taro and beef balls were delicious, and the cabbage was sweet and refreshing; choosing your own combinations was a good idea.★

Everything went smoothly! The boat sailed smoothly without any rocking that made me feel uncomfortable. The staff were quick and friendly. If you need to go to Xiamen, this is a great option!★

The contact methods from my partners were slow, and there were delays in booking ferry tickets. My flight arrived in Kinmen early, and while the berthing at the Kinmen pier was correct, the ferry journey was too long. From disembarking to boarding the ferry, it took about 3.5 hours, leaving me waiting at the pier. This made my journey to Xiamen for my train extremely rushed. I hope the connection time can be improved to be more reasonable.★

I caught the "buy 8 get 2 free" promotion, it was such a great deal! A single ticket covers all public transportation in Switzerland, including trains, trams, buses, and boats. Mount Rigi is free, Jungfraujoch is 25% off, and Matterhorn is 50% off – incredibly useful! Ticket checks in Switzerland are frequent; on the first day, I was asked to show my passport, but afterwards, I only needed to show the QR code, very convenient. Here are some beautiful pictures of the transportation; Switzerland is truly stunning!★

I was so lucky to meet Teacher Fan. Her explanations were never dry or filled with apocryphal history. She carefully explained the stories behind each building and cultural relic, making for a great visit. I'll definitely choose Teacher Fan again next time!★

I took the cruise with my mother who is 76. She loved the boat and the amazing views. There were a lot of noisy announcements that we didn’t prefer, and the food selection was limited but that wasn’t such a bother. We enjoyed tea and just chilling a bit.
