The tour was in English, and our guide, Steve, was very friendly and talked a lot about the buildings along the way and the history of Cairns. He was very knowledgeable, although I only understood a little of his English, especially the parts about plants and animals. The atmosphere of the whole group was great; we chatted together, and he took us to many places. The morning tea and lunch were both excellent, and the portions were very generous.★

The tour was fantastic! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! All the stops were in places worth seeing, with time for swimming, walking, and eating. Be warned, though, you might spot a platypus! It was the best part, seeing a platypus in its natural habitat!★

We were so lucky to have met Luke, a very professional guide! His decades-long background in nature research allowed him to seize every opportunity to educate us about the plants and animals we encountered during our rainforest trek. The overall itinerary for the day trip was perfect – a good amount of exercise without being tiring, and the timing of each activity was well-planned. It was a very enjoyable experience!★

The so-called "Chinese-speaking tour" is actually just a confirmation email sent to your phone by the merchant after you've successfully purchased and paid for the tickets. It lists the activities included in the package. However, there's virtually no Chinese-speaking service throughout the trip; it's essentially like buying two packages and then traveling entirely independently. On the boat and on the Great Barrier Reef platform, those who speak good English can learn more about the activities and have a smoother experience, while those who don't can just go with the flow. The overall experience of this tour wasn't as great as I had imagined beforehand; this varies from person to person because everyone's past experiences and expectations are different.
