They send you a clear and easy-to-understand message the day before, specifying the pickup location and time. (Be sure to check your email and pay attention, as this may differ from what you requested when booking.) On the day of your visit, you'll be given a detailed schedule, and if you follow it, you'll find all the shuttle buses and be able to enjoy all the activities you booked. You can even hold a koala and take pictures! So cute and amazing!★

The trip was very well organised giving time to see all over the Kuranda area and its spectacular views. With the tickets we also got a pass for free admission to either the koala or bird gardens which was also a highlight of the trip.★

I had a great time on this tour. The bus picked me up promptly and everything throughout the day was perfectly timed so you didn't have to rush even though it was a full day of activities. This is a self-guided tour though. Keep that in mind. The only negative is probably the seating on the train. Really tight fit and there are only views from one side of the carriage.★

We were so lucky to have met Luke, a very professional guide! His decades-long background in nature research allowed him to seize every opportunity to educate us about the plants and animals we encountered during our rainforest trek. The overall itinerary for the day trip was perfect – a good amount of exercise without being tiring, and the timing of each activity was well-planned. It was a very enjoyable experience!★

The tour experience was wonderful, and the guide tried his best to communicate with us, even using a bit of Japanese. It was my first time rafting, but it was a very good experience. However, the address of the hotel where we were originally supposed to be picked up did not match, so I was confused. The staff at the meeting point kindly contacted me and picked me up safely, so I was glad I was able to participate. This is important information, so please respond.
