Reviews: Tromso City Private Car Sightseeing Tour with a Local
Guest User2026-08-13
I had a private driving tour of Tromso with Larry. Larry was very knowledgeable having lived in Tromso for 7 years. I was off a cruise and Larry picked me up at the terminal and 2.5 hours later dropped me at airport, after tour of Tromso with multiple photo stops. I particularly enjoyed the Arctic Chapel and the Botanical gardens. Larry was a charming guide.

The booking process was very straightforward and I pre booked a hot drink and pastry. The boat was lovely and warm inside. There was a seat for everyone. Toilets on board. You can go out on deck at anytime. It took 4 hours to get to Skjervoy and I lost hope when we got to the area as there was nothing but water. Then the boat stopped and engine turned off so we knew that there was something there. It was announced that there were Orcas outside. We all went outside and we got to see them. There were around 7/8 Orcas and there was 2 humpback whales. It was just breathtaking to see. The boat trip was a little bumpy on the way down you may need sea sickness tablets. The toilets were very clean on board. The staff were brilliant on board and there was a couple of presentations where they tell you all about the area and about the whales. It was very interesting. We paid 150 GBP per person for the trip but it was worth it. The scenery was also beautiful. I would highly recommend this trip. FANTASTIC

Reviews: Tromsø: Aurora Dinner Cruise by Hybrid-Electric Catamaran
Guest User2026-10-28
The tour was incredible. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, the staff were very friendly and competent (especially Tobias and his brother), and even though fog was forecast, we were lucky and the clear sky showed us the aurora borealis ❤️ All in all, truly unforgettable, thank you so much!
