Excellent Private Tour of Porto
Our driver/tour guide, Carlos, was awesome! He had an excellent itinerary and also accommodated several places we wanted to go. He was so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of Portugal and Porto. Carlos shared many interesting facts and stories during our tour. He made recommendations for places to eat and helped us make reservations for two different places to visit after our tour.
The car was comfortable and clean, Carlos provided water for us which was great and built washroom breaks throughout the morning. His personality and knowledge are well matched for his role as a tour guide.
We were very impressed with Carlos and the tour of Porto. We highly recommend. this tour. It was a great experience!★

This tour with Jorge was the first excursion on our busy Porto agenda. My mom and I loved every moment. To have such a knowledgeable driver pick us up right in front of our hotel and then take us on such a personalized tour of Porto was incredible.
Throughout the tour, Jorge made it a point to show us key landmarks. He shared stories behind the creation of certain statues, gave us the history on many restaurants and even showed us the best shopping places. He was so patient with my requests as a photographer, stopping to make sure I got all the perfect shots.
Jorge was absolutely the most thoughtful tour guide we've ever had. We sat down at the end of our wine tour and he made a list of restaurants we should try throughout our trip. He even made sure we knew where to get on the train for our day trip to Lisbon.
This tour is designed very well and the price is amazing for all that is included.
Having Jorge as our tour guide really helped set the tone for the remainder of our trip. Each day, we would reflect on his guidance and recommendations. We knew which ATM machines not to use thanks to Jorge. We knew where to get the best francesinha thanks to Jorge. He was just so personable and a real joy to meet.

I would just clarify that the reservation time is for the bookstore, and that you're free to choose your cruise time; they're not consecutive, and you have to log in to both activities at your chosen times. But I loved it! It was quick and easy, and totally worth it.★
