The itinerary was very well arranged, and they even provided hotel pick-up and drop-off, which was very convenient. The whole day of sightseeing wasn't tiring at all. Our guide, Kendall Deng, was very enthusiastic and explained everything carefully along the way.★

Overall, today's itinerary was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We waited at the hotel early in the morning, and our driver and guide, Dos, arrived on time to pick us up without any delays – very reliable. Dos is friendly and approachable, with a charming and easy-going personality. His language skills are excellent; he speaks fluent and standard Chinese, Dutch, and English, making communication effortless. At each attraction, he provided detailed explanations of the local history and highlights, making his explanations easy to understand. When it suddenly rained, he thoughtfully provided umbrellas for us. He allowed ample rest time at each attraction and carefully looked after the group, repeatedly reminding everyone to keep their belongings safe and be mindful of safety – his thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. The itinerary was well-planned and the pace comfortable. Dos's warm and patient service added a lot of warmth to the trip. I highly recommend him and would definitely choose him again for my next trip!★

I overestimated my English and signed up for an English-language tour. I was the only one in the group with mediocre English, but thankfully our Chinese-American tour guide was there to help me translate. His tour style was charming and humorous, and he spoke incredibly fast. He gave us lots of local specialties to eat along the way. The weather was great, and every photo turned out beautifully. The boat trip in Giethoorn started on a small canal, with charming little houses lining the banks. I thought that was it, but then, around a bend, a vast lake opened up before me, teeming with swans – quite stunning! A really great experience!★

If you are travelling solo it's a great chance to see the countryside for such cheap price. It was convenient to go to the places, although there are too many people all at once and you need to wait for everyone and etc. But I guess that's common for such trips. I got to see the countryside so I am happy but that was not that informative.★

The day trip was very convenient. Our guide, Mr. Yu, was very experienced, provided detailed explanations, and was an excellent driver and boater.
The 9-seater van was quite spacious, and the group lunch was delicious.
We went on a boat trip to Giethoorn in the morning to avoid the afternoon crowds. The ice cream at the cheese shop in Windmill Village was incredibly delicious.★

Despite booking and paying before the tour application deadline, I received an email saying that the tour was fully booked and that another tour was possible. I replied that it was OK, but it took a while for the confirmation to be finalized, and I wasn't sure until the day before, which made me anxious. I had booked accommodation and train tickets specifically for this tour, so I was worried about not being able to participate. However, I was satisfied with the tour itself. Many tours don't specify the end time, so it was good that this one included a time schedule. Having a photo of the meeting place also gave me confidence on the day, which was reassuring. The bus was clean and the guide was kind. I was the only Japanese person traveling alone, but there were no problems. There was also free time, and the time allocation was just right.
