I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.★

The driver provided point-to-point pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel entrance, which was very convenient. Luckily, there was a traffic jam, and I wasn't taking a large bus, otherwise I don't know how I would have transferred after missing the last bus.★

We received a message one day in advance notifying us of an upgrade to a 7-seater vehicle, exclusively for our group of 5. The car was clean, comfortable, and the driver was excellent. The car picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, and the driver was very attentive.★

The bus was large with spacious and comfortable seats. The staff were friendly, and check-in was very easy; I just showed my Trip.com booking number, and the staff noted it down before letting me board. During the uphill journey, the driver periodically alerted passengers to report any unusual issues, showing great attention to passenger safety.
