Our first day in Kunming was a wonderful experience. The scenery was beautiful, and the family tour we booked made it even better. The car was comfortable, and the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive, carefully checking the temperature inside the car and chatting with us about Yunnan's various customs, traditions, and local specialties. It was a comfortable trip. However, sightseeing in Shilin in the afternoon in August was very hot. I think it would be better to tour Shilin in the relatively cool morning and Jiuxiang in the hot afternoon.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing trip. Special praise to our tour guide, Ms. Gong, who was enthusiastic, cheerful, professional, and had a high level of professionalism. She organized the entire trip very well and helped us take many beautiful photos. She will definitely be our first choice for the next trip.

This was my first time joining a tour group, and the experience was great. Our guide, Mr. Hong, provided a lot of emotional support during the trip, making the journey anything but boring. The itinerary was perfectly planned, not too rushed, and he also introduced us to the local history, culture, and cuisine. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience!

I waited from noon to evening the day before the trip, contacting online customer service several times. However, the tour group staff didn't contact me or mention pick-up. Around 8 PM, I directly complained to online customer service (because the platform's cancellation policy is before 7 PM the day before, which essentially meant I had no choice!). Shortly after the complaint, the tour group staff contacted me via WeChat to confirm pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point. The tour guide was very responsible throughout, explaining a lot about Yunnan and Kunming, and was very patient. Because there were too many tourist attractions and photo spots, the pace was fast, and only the highlights were covered. If you want to spend time taking photos at the attractions, this tour might not be suitable. As for the food, both the presentation and taste need significant improvement.
