The waterfall is magnificent; from the viewing platform, you can see both Detian Waterfall and Ban Gioc Waterfall in Vietnam. The boardwalk has many steps, so the elderly and children should walk slowly. Overall, it's worth visiting, but a long drive is expected.

Both customer service and the driver were excellent. 1. Customer service proactively suggested routes without being pushy, making it comfortable for us with elderly people and children. 2. The driver's car was very new (I can't say more), he knew the routes very well, and took different routes to see the scenery on the way there and back. The restaurants he recommended were also very reasonably priced and delicious.

We had an excellent day tour with driver (边角). She was courteous, attentive, communicative and very efficient. She ensured we got to the correct queues; all attraction tickets were sorted out prior to the tour. She drove competently and safely. Highly recommended!
