The trip was amazing! Nan'ao Island was incredibly beautiful, and everything was seamless — nothing felt rushed, so we could enjoy the experience at our own pace. Having 华司导 (Hua Sidao) with us made it all the better. Not only was her driving smooth, she was also bright and friendly. As Chaoshan people from overseas, we wanted to experience what life is like in the motherland, and she helped us learn so much. My mum especially felt at home through their conversations together. She was a wonderful communication partner — my Mandarin is weak, but her Teochew was clear and easy to follow, so we never struggled to connect. If we ever return with family, we'd love to have her guide us again.★

An unexpectedly wonderful experience! The travel agency, SA Tour, and our guide, Yamy, made excellent arrangements. They made sure to note our requests beforehand, and even sent a WhatsApp group message before departure to inform us of the itinerary and things to watch out for. Yamy's arrangements and explanations on the day were meticulous and attentive, making it a wonderful day trip. The guide and the itinerary deserve full marks! The alpacas were adorable, the bicycles and miniature train were fun, and there was ample time for sightseeing. Nami Island is beautiful and relaxing, with many small animals and trees; walking and cycling are very pleasant. The only downside is to be prepared for traffic on the return trip, which took over two hours. Overall, however, the trip was fulfilling, fun, and the scenery was beautiful, with a great guide. Full marks! Thank you so much, Yamy, for the arrangements. Very good!★

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.★

The Korean tour guide spoke fluent Chinese, was humorous and attentive throughout the trip, and provided professional sharing. The time allotted for each attraction was just right, and there was plenty of time in the afternoon on Nami Island. If you are planning a trip to Nami Island, remember to bring your swimsuit or an extra set of clothes to enjoy water activities.
