This buffet dinner was truly satisfying. The selection was extensive, with high-quality seafood, sashimi, steak, and desserts. The freshly cut steak was especially tender, the shrimp was very fresh, and the dessert section was irresistible. The ambiance was comfortable, the service was friendly, and overall, the dining experience was very upscale, making it perfect for gatherings or birthday celebrations.

This was my first time dining at the Grand Central Taichung Hotel. The underground parking lot mostly had mechanical parking spaces, which was a bit of a drawback. It wasn't crowded on a weekday evening. The food was quite refined, but the variety was limited. However, it was somewhat similar to the Evergreen Hotel's buffet. We met promptly at 7:45 AM at Zuoying Station of the Kaohsiung High Speed ​​Rail. The journey to Alishan took approximately 3.5 hours. Our guide, Stella, drove for 1.5 hours, with a 15-minute rest stop along the way for everyone to use the restroom. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the English explanations were excellent. She not only helped me remember the unique attractions and delicious food of Alishan, but also recommended several excellent snack shops for lunch! The wild aiyu jelly, the century-old shop's unique sausage, and the rice sausage were especially delicious! Most importantly, the group came from all over the world, making it a unique experience. Five stars for our guide, Stella! 👍
