Xiucai says that tour leader Li Yan is an excellent guide with both professional expertise and a strong service-oriented mindset. She not only fulfilled the basic tasks of "leading the way" and "explaining," but also enhanced the overall cultural experience through unique routes and thoughtful suggestions, meeting the expectations of a high-quality tour guide—truly a five-star tour leader.
Suggestion: Three hours is a bit short for the Forbidden City; it's vast. Could the time be extended to cover more areas?★

The tour with our guide Linda has been fantastic. She was overflowing with energy and her stories about the Forbidden City were incredible. She made sure that we felt okay and that we were understanding everything at all times. Then came the great wall visit, where se took care of all the transportation, then told us stories on the bus microphone while getting there. She let us fully enjoy the visit and suggested different routes based on how we were feeling and our level of fitness. I normally don’t book tours with guides, but Linda truly allowed us to live an amazing experience.★

Our guide Jessica took us on a fantastic 3 hour tour of the Forbidden City. It was brilliant to learn from someone so knowledgeable about the palace and to learn about Chinese history and how things are today. Although it was really cold during our tour the time flew by and we were entertained throughout. I highly recommend you try this tour. Jessica's English is excellent and she has a warm personality, we highly recommend her as a guide!★

Our tour guide, Zhang Guoxing, was extremely professional and responsible! Today's half-day tour of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park was well-organized and well-planned. His explanations were vivid and detailed, covering the history of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park in a clear and accessible way. His service was warm and attentive, and he answered all our questions. It was a fantastic all-inclusive cultural experience and a truly rare cultural journey!
