Having visited Beijing many times but never been able to visit the Forbidden City, I wanted to bring my whole family, especially my children and elderly relatives, to fulfill their dream of visiting the Forbidden City. However, securing tickets was always a challenge. Booking a tour through Ctrip helped us secure tickets and arrange a tour guide. We were given tour details a day in advance, which made the entire trip much easier. A special mention must go to our guide, Song. His explanations were clear and engaging, he was attentive to children and the elderly, and he was very interactive with the group. We were all very satisfied, and he received especially high praise from my family's elders.
