Trip's customer service was excellent. The supplier's (tour group's) customer service was also very helpful and the arrangements were excellent. Mr. Wang, who was responsible for the pick-up and drop-off, was very friendly and provided excellent service, even introducing the attractions along the way. As for the show, the storyline was quite engaging and the plot was touching. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Our guide Angie is the best! She is very knowledgable and friendly. Her stories are very detailed yet engaging. We really enjoy the tour with Angie. The driver is also very nice.

Two days in advance, an officer contacted me to arrange transportation. The coordination was excellent, and we communicated in English via WhatsApp. On the day of the show, the driver arrived as scheduled. The drive from the city was quite long. The show was great; there were many camels circling the stage, and also wolves and horses. There were a lot of Chinese tourists, and the seating was full. If you have time, I recommend seeing it. The stage rotates between scenes during the show changes.

What an incredible experience! Mount Hua is magnificently rugged with awe-inspiring scenery, far exceeding our expectations. The itinerary was well-planned and smooth. Our tour guide was professional and attentive, offering thoughtful service throughout the trip. The price is reasonable and it offers great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
