Osman and the crew were very friendly,
I lost my hat during the trip, and when done, I went to tell them, only to find it sitting right there on the table! they had found it and brought it immediately.
I had a lot of fun, very nice views, very organized track and trip overall.
Ordering photos afterwards is highly recommended, they will send you high quality action photos you've never dreamed of before★

The hammam experience was great and very relaxing. the facilities were also very nice and felt clean. however it's important to note the hammam is only 1h long (not 2h as advertised. it seems they advertise 2h as they expect you to add additional treatments such as a facial or foot massage onto your hammam). ★

Özkan our tour guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this trip. The hot air balloons were amazing and worth every penny. We made a last minute booking and ended up on a personal tour and we were very grateful we did as it meant less queuing and more time for exploring what we wanted. Very early start but well worth it. Again highly recommended★
