Vung Tau is about a 2.5-3 hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. It's not exactly close, but it's not too far either, making it a great day trip for couples. Overall, I had a very good experience booking and participating in the tour. The tour guide was enthusiastic and provided excellent explanations, answering all my questions and speaking in Chinese. As for lunch, opinions vary, but I personally thought it was just average. I would recommend it to everyone!Trip.com picks
