Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)★

It was a great experience. We traveled directly from Kwun Tong to The Venetian Macao. Although we had to get off the bus twice to cross the border, the overall experience was still very good. Next time, I'll try going to Zhuhai.★
