This trip is a convenient way to travel from Macau to Hing Kong, or vice versa. The attendants were really nice and helpful. At the first stop, I accidentally left a bag as I passed by IO verification; the staff made sure it was taken cared of and returned to me. The overall process from pick up to drop off were straight forward and efficient. Thank you!★

It's very convenient and easy to use. After purchasing online, simply go to the Grand Lisboa Hotel, then to the bus stop for buses from Macau to Hong Kong, and show the QR code you received on your phone to the bus staff to board the bus.★

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.
