Host Introduction
Hello, everyone~ I am Yimu, the host of Eatwith in Shanghai. I currently have two handcraft workshops of my own in Shanghai. In addition to painting, I can also do a lot of fun handmade DIY here, such as handmade tapestries, fluid bears, polymer clay, etc.
In our studio, we hope that everyone can choose the projects they like or are interested in and try them out by themselves. Whether you make it for yourself or give it to a friend, the hands-on process will be an interesting and special experience.

Experience Highlights
Our studio is actually an art space that combines handicrafts, calligraphy and painting. It is located in an old Shanghai-style house with an elegant environment and a quiet place in the bustling city.
The original intention of the studio is to provide a creative space for friends who love or are interested in painting. In fact, I am not an art student, so our space is different from regular studios. The atmosphere is more relaxed. There is no need to compare with professionals. Only by using your imagination to create freely can you truly experience the charm of painting.
Friends who come here don’t have to worry about whether they have no basic knowledge. We will give you a brief introduction. After you have a cup of coffee and a simple understanding of the basic principles of oil painting, you can create as much as you want.

This single-person oil painting experience: the drawing board is 25*25
If you need other sizes, you can communicate on site and pay extra for a larger size frame
