The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. He was friendly, attentive, drove smoothly, and patiently. We arrived at the pier at 6:30 pm. The captain was also fantastic, very experienced, and took us out to sea to watch dolphins. We saw dolphins many times. Thank you! [rose emoji]★

They wrote to me in advance, telling me the arrival time at the hotel. The transfer arrived on time, and the driver, Dewa, was polite and answered all my requests. I was alone on the boat with the captain. Captain Ketut was also attentive, treating me to coffee and bananas. He always told me where to look, where the dolphins were. Snorkeling with the fish also went well; the captain gave me some bread, and the fish ended up swimming right next to me, touching me. The trip was wonderful, a sea of impressions.★

This product is truly amazing! The actual experience closely matches the description. The tour group is mainly comprised of European and American tourists, with relatively few Chinese participants. You can book pick-up and drop-off directly with the company; the price is reasonable. The speedboat is a luxury private yacht, and each group has a maximum of 14 people. The morning is spent at sea, snorkeling at three different spots, each with slightly different highlights. After lunch, we went to Elf Cliff to see the azure waters, and the final snorkeling stop featured many manta rays. I want to emphasize safety, which is my biggest concern when snorkeling, especially since I'm practically a non-swimmer. The captain, leader, and instructors of this local snorkeling company were all very disciplined and professional. After putting on life jackets 🦺, we followed the instructor's lifebuoy 🛟, and everyone in the group was generally within the instructor's and safety officer's line of sight. The boat also constantly monitored the area around us for emergency assistance. Overall, it felt very safe, and I had a great time.★

Great package. Our driver Hendra got in touch , the previous day and informed us to get cold clothing, that was helpful. He was on time and throughout the trip he made sure we were comfortable and was waiting for us, before we came down. Our trek guide, Barkat was ensuring we were comfortable. He took our photos too. Overall I would recommend this trip for a hassle free experience.★
