This time, I specifically chose the Yongding Tulou tour. The driver, Mr. Ran, and the local guide were both very nice. However, I have to point out that the actual Tulou itinerary differed somewhat from the pictures in the booking. This tour didn't include photos of the 7-star Tulou cluster, making the website information feel a bit unreliable. Mr. Ran's driving skills were excellent, but he consistently drove over 140km/h. Perhaps it would have been safer to use other transportation. Finally, since we were staying on Gulangyu Island that night, we wanted the driver to take us to the pier. However, because he was rushing to get us out of the Tulou as quickly as possible, he made us get off on the roadside and asked me to take a taxi to the pier – this really felt like a poor service decision, and I'd like to offer some criticism! Thankfully, we arrived home safely. Hopefully, next time I have the opportunity to book a Trip.com tour, the contracted travel agency will be of better quality.

Unique cultural experience. This group tour was conducted in Chinese and very well organized. Hakka cuisine group lunch was delicious and filling. The tour guide's introduction to the various Tulou and its history was informative and interesting. Would definitely recommend this tour to others.

The day trip was wonderful. From the agent to the driver, service was very good. Just 2 friends on this trip and we got a very comfortable 5 seater MPV. Had to pay extra for hotel pickup but worth it since we could leave directly and get dropped off at our hotel. Driver, Mr Shi, got us safely to and back for the day trip. He gave us lots of information along the way, history and facts about the Nanjing Tulou area. We took the 2 Tulou visit of Tianloukeng and Hekeng as reviewers recommended. Good to see both as they give a different experience Hekeng is more authentic whorl Tianloukeng was larger but more touristy All Entry tickets are also included in the price It was a bit pricy since it’s only 2 of us, but overall I’m happy we went. Recommend this travel agency for this east booking and communications.
