My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe. I'll definitely book here again next time I go.★

Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.★

The company-arranged vehicles were very comfortable, and the drivers drove smoothly and safely to the designated hotel locations. The shipping company also provided a very smooth voyage, preventing passengers from experiencing seasickness. There were dedicated staff at the pick-up and drop-off points, so there was no need to worry about being left behind!★

The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.★

Really hands down the best deal ever. With the pass, except Sanyo and Sakura shinkenshen, pretty much all trains are available to be used. Booking are free up to 6 times after pass is issued. Prior to that a booking fee has to be paid with booking made on line for popular trains.
