1. The exact meeting time and meeting point are subject to the confirmation document (PDF attachment in the email) received in your booking email. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be able to participate and no refund will be issued.
The itinerary times are estimated and may vary due to transportation, weather, or other conditions on the day. They are for reference only and subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the actual itinerary time. The visiting order of attractions may also be adjusted, and Galway may not necessarily be the final stop.
3. Not recommended for young children or passengers with mobility issues (requires extensive walking). If your child is accustomed to public transportation, please book a separate seat for each child and bring your own child safety seat.
4. Participants with back problems, heart problems, who are pregnant, or have other serious illnesses are not recommended to participate.
5. Packages A and B have the same itinerary, only differing in pick-up points and meeting times. Please note the distance to the meeting point before booking.

2. Package C: Cliffs of Moher + Burren + Galway

Note: As people are usually reluctant to stay in the cold countryside for long periods, when temperatures start to drop, we may reduce the time spent at the Cliffs of Moher and/or Burren and add this time to the stay in Galway.

Question: What types of vehicles do we have?
Answer: All vehicles are luxury tourist-specification coaches, including 33-seater, 41-seater, 53-seater, and 63-seater luxury buses. We do not use vans or shuttles.
Question: Is there Wi-Fi on our bus?
Yes, all our buses provide free Wi-Fi, so you can upload your photos during the trip!
Question: Will we cancel the itinerary due to insufficient numbers?
A: Since our company was founded, we have never canceled a trip due to insufficient participants, and we never will. Occasionally, trips may need to be canceled due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
Question: What do I need to bring?
A: Clothes suitable for all kinds of weather, and always keep smiling.
Q: Are meals provided?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not provide food, but we offer rest stops where you can purchase meals. You are also welcome to bring your own food. Please note that hot meals are not allowed on any of our buses.
Does the admission ticket price include the attraction?
Answer: All attractions are included in the admission ticket price.
