The city of Bruges is wonderful and worth a whole day there. We went to Ghent afterwards, but it was a very quick trip and we didn't get to enjoy it much.

Our tour guide, Maria, was incredibly dedicated. Her bilingual (English and Spanish) explanations were detailed and engaging. She even found me a travel companion and coordinated seating arrangements for me, a solo traveler – she was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. When we were 5 minutes late for the final meeting, she didn't scold us at all, and while waiting for us, she introduced the sights to the other group members to buy time. I was truly touched! Thank you, Maria, for your care and for making this a wonderful and unforgettable trip. Being part of a large group didn't diminish the experience at all!

It was a great experience! My mother and I did the photoshoot, and the makeup artists were super friendly and very quick. The photographer was very kind and patient! We really liked the photos and the whole experience.
