The trip was amazing! Nan'ao Island was incredibly beautiful, and everything was seamless — nothing felt rushed, so we could enjoy the experience at our own pace. Having 华司导 (Hua Sidao) with us made it all the better. Not only was her driving smooth, she was also bright and friendly. As Chaoshan people from overseas, we wanted to experience what life is like in the motherland, and she helped us learn so much. My mum especially felt at home through their conversations together. She was a wonderful communication partner — my Mandarin is weak, but her Teochew was clear and easy to follow, so we never struggled to connect. If we ever return with family, we'd love to have her guide us again.

Extremely satisfied with this chartered day trip! The driver is a local, familiar with all the must-see spots, and avoids congested areas to save time. He's a steady driver, very courteous, and provides brief explanations of local customs and culture along the way. He completely respected our pace of the trip, and was easy to communicate with if we changed the itinerary at the last minute. The whole trip was hassle-free and added a lot to our experience. It has a strong cultural feel and provides a deeper understanding of the local area. Children and the elderly also enjoy it. A pot of tea and peanuts are provided. There are about 3-4 performances, including lion dance, opera (similar to Taiwanese opera), and a large-scale Yingge dance. There is also interaction with the audience, such as taking photos. The Yingge dance is very impressive and has a historical feel, which is worth developing. However, the overall stage, training, and environment are not refined enough and can be improved to become a highlight of future tourism to Chaozhou.
