The driver arranged pick-up and drop-off a day in advance, with accurate license plate information, and was reliable, dependable, and easy to understand. He provided helpful tips on Buddhist safety at the attractions, and spoke English to foreign tourists, making communication at the sites simple and easy. He was truly multi-talented, ensuring everything was well-organized for each tourist. We visited every attraction thoroughly! We had a fantastic time! Lunch was also great – unlimited meat and vegetables, and free-flowing local wines – as long as we didn't waste any! Interactive activities included presenting hadas (ceremonial scarves), learning to dance, and more – a truly enriching experience! Tashi Delek! I'd definitely come back again! A top-notch tour from Ctrip, the arrangements were excellent!

Highly recommend this shop's products! Reliable. The driver, Zaxi, was incredibly kind and guided us throughout our trip in Shangri-La. His service was impeccable; he introduced us to the sights and helped us experience the faith and customs of the Tibetan people. This trip was very enjoyable, and I look forward to visiting Shangri-La again.

The most unforgettable part of this trip to Lijiang and Shangri-La was the warmth brought by our driver/guide. You were not just a guide, but also a guardian of the stories of this pristine land—when you recounted the origins of Tibetan Buddhism at Songzanlin Monastery, when you explained the changing scenery with the seasons during our journey around Napa Lake, when you offered us steaming hot butter tea and barley wine, every detail warmed the landscape. You eased our travel fatigue with humor, explained the true meaning of "Shangri-La" with your professional knowledge, perfectly planned the itinerary, and, most importantly, showed us the most genuine connections between people through the simple kindness of the Naxi people. This journey transcended mere scenery and became a spiritual cleansing because of you. This kindness will warm our memories for a long time to come.

The tour was nice, we saw beautiful places but the guide was not speaking english at all. The first stop to see the bend of the river was not done. We had to pay some extras for wearing local costumes and riding horses around Napa area. If you don’t pay, then you have 2 hours free but there is nothing much to do around except pictures with horses. But the meal was included with local food and a dance show. At the end, it was a nice day but don’t expect to learn information about the places you will see if you don’t speak chinese.
