We happened to be there on a rainy day, so the scenery wasn't as beautiful as on a sunny day, but we were in a great mood, mainly because of our wonderful tour guide, Sunny. She was truly a very responsible, considerate, and understanding guide. We really hope to book another Sunny tour when we visit Busan someday. Her service was excellent; she was very patient, had a lovely voice, and was very talkative. We chatted a lot about cultural differences and local Korean customs on the way. We highly recommend this tour; there was absolutely no shopping, and she responsibly took us to all the attractions, even showing us to the designated pick-up point. In short, we had a fantastic tour guide, Sunny.★

Busan was great! A perfect day trip, and our tour guide, Seojihyun (徐芝贤), was incredibly kind! She was warm, attentive, fluent in Mandarin, responsible, and provided detailed explanations throughout the day. She even offered to take photos and prepared small gifts for everyone 🎁. The itinerary was also very well-planned, and everyone had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!★

We had a fantastic time on the Max Out Busan tour! Alice was incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative throughout the day. We covered so many wonderful places without ever feeling rushed, and she shared lots of interesting information along the way. Didn’t have much expectations from joining a tour. Started anxious due to not knowing the exact meeting point 10mins prior to pick up but as soon as we met the tour guide named SOL - A young beautiful vibrant positive woman; I felt at ease and know it will be a great experience. Without SOL, I would not have enjoyed as much. She was experienced, sincere, willing to help and friendly to communicate. I regard SOL now not only the best tour guide but also a friend in Busan. The itinerary was smoothly arranged. We get to see all the places as described. Recommended lunch was ok - grilled eel was the best for me but the rest were average for the price but the service was good. Overall thank you SOL for being so positive and encouraging always. Looking forward to staying in touch and join more tours in the future.
