I have to praise this company's service! The customer service representative was incredibly sincere, making communication very comfortable. For the price of the Cheetah 39, the experience was unbeatable. The tour guide and crew were very attentive throughout the trip, taking care of everything, and the kids had a fantastic time. I experienced a little seasickness, but overall the trip was still very enjoyable, and the whole family was very satisfied!★

Amy was very gentle, unlike other tour guides who force us to spend money in the shopping area. She was incredibly kind to us, didn't pressure us to buy anything, and tried her best to meet our needs. She even arranged for us to watch the sunset, have drinks, and enjoy a delicious buffet. Although it wasn't Christmas, the food was amazing! She even took photos for us while we were diving, and there's a professional salvage team to help you retrieve anything you drop.★

First, I want to commend Xiao Peng for his meticulous attention to detail in resolving all our issues and arranging everything so thoroughly. Then, I want to praise the Thai crew member who was incredibly kind to us, providing excellent transportation. The food on board was also quite good, though unfortunately we couldn't eat much as we were initially seasick and were planning to head back. However, the crew arranged for us to go sea fishing. After our seasickness subsided, we all had a wonderful time. They even provided us with fruit and drinks. Enjoying the breeze on the deck, eating watermelon, and catching fish was definitely worth the trip.
(My 6-year-old daughter caught an unidentified creature with the crew's help.)★
