I bought the cheapest tickets for the side seats. We were given tickets in the second row! We were pleasantly shocked, because we could see everything from there. The show itself was amazing! I definitely recommend it. The support from trip.com is also great. I entered the wrong email address and was worried the tickets wouldn't arrive. Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.
