We were lucky to have met our guide, Hendrik Wu, on this trip. First, I must commend him for his punctuality; he managed the time perfectly throughout, with no wasted time. Second, he was incredibly enthusiastic and patient with every member of our group, and the restaurant he recommended for lunch was excellent. The entire trip was relaxed and enjoyable, and we'll definitely use him again next time!★

Our impressions of the surrounding area were wonderful, but there were a few issues: the driver picked us up from the hotel and didn't fill up the tank. We had to wait in line at the gas station, wasting our time! We got stuck in traffic on the way back and didn't get to go to Jimbaran Beach. We went to the hotel, and upon arrival, we discovered we had to pay an additional 25,000 rupiah for the driver's delay. There were no delays, though, and we left for the hotel around 6:00 PM. We still don't understand what we were paying extra for? For traffic? For parking at the gas station? Even though the driver could have filled up before we got there!★

This was one of the most majestic views we’ve experienced - this was but one of the many highlights on our Bali trip. Our Jeep driver (and photographer) , Wayan was amazing! He was so patient, told us where the sun was going to rise from, took so many amazing pictures - he definitely has a photographer’s eye! We’ve added a picture to show his commitment to make sure the pictures were cutesy! And they were!🤏🏻Overall it was a 100/10 experience 🥹🌅★

The overall itinerary is quite tight, with long travel times, so be prepared. However, if you only want a day trip for photos, it's definitely worth it, as everything is included and you don't need to worry about anything. The driver picked us up on time in the morning, and we only waited half an hour to board the ship. A car was also arranged to pick us up after we arrived in Penida. The driver was a good driver, and our guide, Fitri, spoke good Chinese and was a great photographer. Even though I was traveling alone, she was more eager to take photos than I was, and she took many pictures of me. The guide queued up at each attraction and then called us to take photos when we arrived – a big plus. Lunch was so-so. On the ship, I recommend sitting under the fan; it gets a bit hot without air conditioning.
