When we arrived at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, the guide told us we were late because we were supposed to be there at 7:15 a.m., as indicated in the booking. I showed the guide the booking confirmation, which said 7:15 a.m., and he said there had been a last-minute change to 7:00 a.m. and that the agency had sent a message, but he hadn't received any such message on the app.★

An unforgettable experience! The Bernina Express tour was one of the most beautiful experiences of my trip through Europe. The scenery is breathtaking, and the journey is simply magical. I enjoyed it immensely! I want to especially thank our guide, Andrea, who was incredible from beginning to end. Super friendly, attentive, fun, and always with the best attitude. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire tour, and her explanations in Spanish made us enjoy the experience even more. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and strives to create special moments for others. Andrea definitely made the difference. I highly recommend this tour! ❤️🏔️🚞★

What I enjoyed most was the train ride with its wonderful and unique views. Our guide, Lorenzo, was very attentive and explained everything well. I have some very important constructive criticism regarding the bus. I am 57 years old, and we were traveling with six people, including my in-laws, who are 82 years old and had prostate surgery. They needed a bathroom, which is essential for a three-hour trip. We asked the guide, and he told us it was closed. We had a terrible time, especially at 82 years old. It was the worst trip of my life. I have traveled all over the world, and I have never seen a bus for so many hours without a bathroom. Please be aware of this for the future; this should never happen. Regards.
