Process of experience:
We will meet each other at 11 o'clock, do a self introduction and I will present you some brief information of the history of the brand.
Later, I will show you the menu and re-confirm the dishes with you. If there is any food you need to avoid, you can change it by that time.
When the dishes are being served, I will take you to the roasting room to see the roasting and slicing process. If you want to, you can also slice the duck yourself.
Then we will return to the room to start our meal. At the same time, I will introduce the dished and demonstrate the authentic way of rolling up a slice of Peking Duck.
