Tour guide Lisa was great to guide us to the forbidden city. We learned a lot of the history of it and she was very friendly and professional.

We really enjoyed everything; they drove us comfortably and showed us everything. The guide was excellent. He picked us up when we told him to. We had some issues with WeChat and couldn't register. Despite that, they still didn't cancel our reservation and communicated with us as best we could. The car was comfortable and clean. And the tour's locations were beautiful, unforgettable.

Guide Liu's explanations were vivid, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only eloquently recounted the historical context and interesting anecdotes of each attraction, but his vivid storytelling style made us feel as if we were actually there, truly experiencing the warmth of history. The entire itinerary was well-organized, and Guide Liu was very considerate, answering all our questions with great patience. Highly recommended!
Reviews: [Optional 25-person group] Comprehensive one-day tour of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Temple of Heaven.

The itinerary was well-planned; we started our tour from the East Gate at 8:00 AM. The tour guide arrived early, and there weren't many people at the Temple of Heaven, even during peak season. The tour guide was very responsible, making it a great experience! 😀😀

A huge thumbs up to our tour guide, Liu Qian! We followed a "special forces" route: Temple of Heaven in the morning, Tiananmen Square at noon, and the Forbidden City in the afternoon. I was initially worried it would be tiring and rushed, but Liu Qian arranged everything perfectly, making for a fantastic experience! First and foremost, her photography skills deserve praise—she truly understands what tourists want! At each attraction, she guided everyone to the best photo spots, and she didn't just point; she took pictures for each family and each individual with incredible patience, paying attention to composition and angles. The photos were so good they didn't even need editing before posting on social media! Some of the aunties were initially a little shy, but Liu Qian smiled and said, "When you travel, you want to capture beautiful memories," taking excellent care of everyone. Secondly, her control over the route, especially the Forbidden City section—only those who have completed this tour truly understand the value of "familiarity with every rest stop"! The Forbidden City is so vast; walking around for a whole day would be exhausting. But Liu Qian always managed to guide everyone to the perfect rest stops at just the right moments, avoiding the crowds while allowing everyone to catch their breath and have a drink. Her control of the pace was superb. One tour member remarked, "Walking through the Forbidden City with Liu Qian felt ten times easier than exploring on my own." Her experience as a tour leader was also exceptional. For example, she knew where smoking was prohibited and what items were forbidden at security checks in the squares (alcohol wipes were allowed, but bottled alcohol was not). What was most touching was at the end of the tour. Everyone was already exhausted, but she showed no sign of rushing to wrap things up. Instead, she was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, answering everyone's questions about the remaining itinerary in great detail—from "what to eat, how to get there easily, and how long the journey will take," to "where to go in the evening, what to see," and even checking the last subway train times for everyone. She addressed every detail without any impatience (since it was only a day trip, she could have easily skipped all that). Finally, I must mention her commentary—from "the acoustic secrets of the Temple of Heaven" to "the past and present of Tiananmen Square," and then to "the little-known details of the Forbidden City," her explanations were rich, interesting, and easy to understand. She brought serious history to life, and no one was distracted throughout. In short, Liu Qian's professionalism, attentiveness, and sincerity transformed our demanding day into an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend her to anyone planning this classic route. With Liu Qian, you just focus on having fun, and she'll handle everything else!
