• If the SIM card has not been collected and you submit a cancellation request before or on the selected usage date when placing the booking, the booking can be canceled after verification by customer support.
When picking up your SIM card at the airport roaming center, please present your passport and the Trip.com booking confirmation PDF. The counter staff will assist with passport verification.
• Counter staff only provide SIM card distribution and passport verification services. For other inquiries, please contact the merchant's customer support directly.

T-money Transport Card
How to claim: Present the Trip.com booking confirmation PDF at any SKT roaming center in South Korea.
· Notes: Each SIM card comes with 1 T-money card. (The T-money card is empty and needs to be topped up at a convenience store or subway station in South Korea before use. SK Telecom does not provide top-up or refund services for T-money cards.)
[Passport Verification Restrictions]
· One passport can only be used to authenticate one SIM card. You cannot use one passport to authenticate multiple SIM cards.
· Each customer can purchase a maximum of 4 SIM cards. When purchasing 4 cards with only 1 passport provided, only 1 card can activate voice calls and SMS functions, and the other 3 cards only provide data internet service.
The passport used for verification will remain registered until the SIM card's expiration date. During this period, the passport cannot be used to verify other SKT SIM cards or eSIMs. After expiration, the passport can be used for verification again.
Voice call/SMS top-up
· You can only top up after completing real-name verification. Top-up website:
· Top-ups can be made during the validity period of the data product and cannot be topped up after expiration.
· After topping up, any unused balance will be cleared when the package expires. Top-up amounts are non-refundable.

• Once the SIM card is collected, no returns or exchanges are accepted except for quality issues.
All SIM cards within the same booking must be collected at once and cannot be collected separately.
How to use SIM cards
• Before entering South Korea, please ensure your phone's SIM card restrictions are unlocked.
• This card can only be used in South Korea and will be automatically activated upon insertion. Do not insert the card outside South Korea! If used in non-designated areas resulting in SIM card failure or changes to balance/duration, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
• This SIM card does not support NFC functionality.
• Devices locked by national carriers or tablets without voice call capability are not supported. Please confirm before purchasing.
• This product is designed for travelers visiting South Korea for short-term stays (90 days or less). Service restrictions may apply for long-term stays (91 days or more).
Disable domestic SIM card roaming
Before using eSIM, be sure to turn off data roaming for your domestic SIM card to avoid using its mobile network and incurring high international roaming charges. You are responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase expenses, and transportation fees. No additional compensation will be provided.

1. Dial *#06# in the phone call interface. If an EID is displayed, it indicates that your phone supports eSIM. Without an EID, an eSIM cannot be used.

For iPhones, you can find your EID and IMEI by going to "Settings" > "General" > "About" > EID/IMEI. Another quick way to find your EID and IMEI is by dialing *#06#, which will display a screen with your device information.

How do I activate a renewal?
For daily-based eSIMs: The renewal booking will automatically activate after the days covered by the first booking's package have used up. You don't need to scan the code again.
Additionally, if you want to use eSIM on a different phone, please do not place a renewal booking, as renewal bookings do not support changing phones.
