The tour guide was very informative, and the tour was well organized. We did not book the online ticket in advance for Yinling temple, booking with this tour eased the convenience for us. Highly recommend for those speak Chinese since the tour was conducted fully in Chinese.

The customer service coordinator was absolutely good. Kari was proactive in providing updates before my trip. She followed up closely to ensure driver was ready one day before our trip. The driver also gave good service throughout the journey. Car was clean, with mobile phone charging facility and mineral water for all guests. Highly recommended to travel with them.

The itinerary was great. Our guide was Junjun, and the car was a Buick minivan. Compared to the Mid-Autumn Festival, the trip was quite relaxed. The guide and driver were both very nice, and the schedule was well-planned. We went to Xixi Wetland in the morning and tea picking in the afternoon. The weather was quite hot, so the elderly and children didn't want to hike. It would have been more fun if the weather were a bit colder. We had lunch at Yintai and also checked out a large Mixue Ice Cream store, which we don't have in our area. We departed at 9 am and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 pm, which was quite good and suitable for a relaxed family trip.
