,How to Use:
- Open the QR code for Tokyo Metro in the pass and exchange it at the traveler-dedicated ticket machines located at major Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway stations. For details, please see
- Exchange is also available at the office of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line's Kita-Senju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishi-Funabashi, Yoyogi-Uehara, Wakoshi stations, and Hanzomon Line/Fukutoshin Line's Shibuya and Meguro stations).
- If the departure station does not have ticket machines for travelers, please ask station staff how to travel to another station that has ticket machines.
- Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged separately. Even if multiple tickets are purchased at once, only one QR code will be issued. When exchanging with the QR code at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations, all valid tickets will be exchanged simultaneously.
- If the exchanged ticket cannot pass through the automatic ticket gate, please inform the station staff, and a replacement ticket will be issued after verification.
Valid until:
- Valid for redemption within 12 months from the purchase date; redeemed tickets are valid for 6 months. The expiration date will be printed on the ticket after first use when passing through station gates.
- If you enter the station within the valid time period, you can exit normally even if the validity expires during your journey.
- If the ticket is not used within the validity period indicated on it, it will be considered invalid.
